Day 01: Airport – Negombo
Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be greeted by our airport representative or chauffeur guide who will assist you with your transfer to the city of Negombo. During your stay, you can enjoy visiting Negombo Fort, Catholic cathedrals, and the fishing village to experience the traditional livelihood of the fishing community. In the evening, you can either take a boat cruise at Negombo Lagoon to view the breathtaking sunset or simply relax in Negombo.

Day 02: Negombo – Habarana
After breakfast, you will proceed to the World Heritage City of Sigiriya. On the way, you can take a break at Pinnawala, where the Elephant Orphanage is situated. Established in 1975, it is a sanctuary, nursery, and captive breeding ground for wild Asian Elephants. This sanctuary is also home to the largest captive elephants in the world, cared for by the Sri Lanka Department of Wildlife Conservation. Here, you will find elephants of all ages that have been abandoned.
In the evening, you will climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a massive column of rock that stands nearly 200 meters (660 ft) high. The Sigiriya Rock Fortress is located near Dambulla and was built during the reign of King Kashyapa (477-495 AD). The fortress complex includes the ruins of his remarkable palace, vast gardens, ponds, canals, alleys, and fountains, which demonstrate the remarkable ancient engineering. you will have the opportunity to enjoy an elephant-back ride in Habarana. Later, you will proceed to Minneriya National Park for a jeep safari.

Day 03: Habarana – Kandy
After breakfast, you will drive to Kandy. During the journey, you will visit the Dambulla Cave and Golden Temples. The Royal Rock Temple is located in the southern part of Dambulla, sitting 100m to 150m above the road. It comprises five separate caves and houses around 150 Buddha statues and paintings. Most paintings in the temples date back from around the 2nd Century BC to the 18th Century. You will also make a stop at a spice garden in Matale. Later in the evening, you can enjoy a cultural dancing show in Kandy.

Day 04: Kandy - Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, you will have the opportunity to visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Buddha. This temple is located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy and is considered one of the most revered sites in all of Sri Lanka. In fact, it has even been designated as a World Heritage Site.
Following your visit to the temple, you will be taken to Nuwara Eliya. This town was once the prime sanctuary of British civil servants and planters in Ceylon, and is often referred to as "Little England". Many of the buildings in Nuwara Eliya still retain features from the colonial period, and you will likely see that many private homes maintain their old English-style lawns and gardens.
There are two ways to travel to Nuwara Eliya, either by road with the view of Ramboda Falls, tea plantations, and tea factories, or by enjoying a hill country train ride from Kandy to Nanu Oya. The train ride will take you through the hill country, with spectacular views of the mountains and breathtaking scenery. In the evening, you can explore the city and relax at Gregory Lake

Day 05: Nuwara Eliya - Mirissa
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Mirissa with a stop at Ella on the way. Ella is a small town located in the Badulla district, surrounded by hills covered with cloud forests and tea plantations. The area is rich in biodiversity, with numerous varieties of flora and fauna, all of which create a relaxing atmosphere. While in Ella, you will have the option to enjoy a breathtaking view of Ravana fall, take a short trek to visit Little Adam’s Peak, and explore the town.
In the evening, one can witness the magnificent sunset by visiting Parrot Rock and the beach in Mirissa. The beach and the captivating nightlife make Mirissa a famous tourist attraction. Additionally, it is a fishing port and one of the primary locations for whale and dolphin watching on the island.

Day 06: Mirissa – Galle – Bentota
The next morning at 6:30 AM, you can enjoy whale watching in Mirissa, which is the most popular activity in the area. You'll board a boat and cruise to see various whale species like blue whales, Bryde's whales, Sperm whales, Fin whales, and sometimes Killer whales. You'll also see different types of dolphins such as Common, Bottle-nose, Spinner, Risso's, and striped dolphins, and even turtles and various fish species.
After the whale-watching tour, you'll visit Galle, a World Heritage city known for its Portuguese and Dutch architecture. It's also the administrative capital of the Southern province. You'll enjoy sightseeing, and visit the Galle Fortress, and the Sea Turtle Hatchery & Rescue Center.

DAY 07 Bentota to Colombo airport
After waking up in the morning, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast that will be freshly prepared at the hotel. Then, it will be time to say goodbye to Sri Lanka and check out of the hotel. You will be transferred to either Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo for your onward journey back home.
